Fire fighting vehicles

There are several types of fire fighting vehicles:

1- Dry powder cars

It contains a dry powder tank, nitrogen-propelled drums to pay for powder, attack hoses, amplifier and other instruments.

2- Cars of the folk (foam)

These include a foam tank, foam generators, a pump, hoses and launchers as well as other tools. Foam is generated in the car by foam generators and water is drawn from the fire hydrant.

3- Cars with a ladder

This type has a high ladder and in the above a hose-connected launcher down to the bottom. The water or foam can be pushed in the hose and supplied with a pump and used to fight the high fires.

4- Cars with foam and dry powder

This type contains two tanks in one dry powder and in the other two foams and tubes. There is a launcher in each tank and has two hole openings for the foam and the other for the powder.

5- Water cars

These include a tank, pump and attack hose used in areas where the fire water network is not extended.
